During the ceremony Dylan and Nica were wrapped in a quilt to symbolize their joining. Afterwards, Nica's aunt (the Hooker) brought the wedding quilt around so people could appreciate the detail. The quilt was made by womenfolk from both families and hooked together by the Hooker.
