The Isle de Janitzio is a picturesque place, rising abruptly out of the lake and covered with houses.  We docked next to a fleet of boats similar to ours, one of which was proudly named the "Titanic," and went ashore.  The island is a world unto itself, complete with the inevitable church and cemetery. Fish were drying on the roofs of houses.
